1. Data We Process

We process the following types of data when you use the app:

Keyboard Input Data: Text entered by the user is processed locally or temporarily transmitted to provide translation results. We do not store or retain this data after processing. We do not monitor or intentionally collect sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers, or personal financial data.
Voice Input: Audio input is processed using Apple Speech Recognition / AVFoundation or converted to text on-device where available. The resulting text may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI providers for translation. We do not store this audio or resulting text after processing.
Images & Photos: Images selected by the user may be processed locally and/or temporarily transmitted to third-party OCR or AI services to extract and translate text. We do not store these images after processing.
Usage Data: We may process limited technical and diagnostic data such as device type, operating system version, crash information, and basic app performance data to maintain, secure, and improve the service.
Purchase Data: Subscription and in-app purchase processing is handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store complete payment card information.

2. Application Permissions

Clipboard Access: Required to enable the paste feature for instant translation of user-selected text.
Microphone: Required for speech-to-text translation features initiated by the user.
Camera Access: Required for camera-based translation features initiated by the user.
Photo Library: Required so the user can select images for translation.
Keyboard Access: Required to enable keyboard-integrated translation features.

3. How We Use Processed Data

Data processed through the app is used solely to:

Provide translations across text, voice, and images based on user requests.
Temporarily transmit data to third-party AI or OCR services only when required to generate the requested result.
Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve app performance.
Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit.
Prevent abuse, fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party AI Services and Temporary Data Transmission

To provide AI-powered translation features, user input (text, images, and/or voice-converted text) may be temporarily transmitted to third-party service providers. This transmission occurs only when the user actively initiates a translation-related request.

We do not store, retain, or use this data beyond fulfilling the specific request. User data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training machine learning models.
